Our experienced recruitment involves hiring individuals possessing prior experience in a research or analytical function, typically within a professional services or finance and banking setting. We feel that the key to building a successful research firm is diversity and hence we recruit talented individuals across a range of industries as well as from academia and the public sector. Our experienced hires all have advanced degrees such as MBAs, MAs and PhDs. However, we have created a special track to recruit and attract exceptional undergraduates with relevant experience.

Pipal Research is a firm with global delivery capabilities and the management team focuses on mentoring our team members to ensure overall personal and professional growth. We offer a unique program called the Pipal Exchange Program which aims to recognize superior performers and reinforce positive behavior to create a performance driven culture and add value to an individual's professional development.
