We have an extensive campus recruiting effort as part of our research trainee program which has grown dramatically over the past several years as we have doubled the size of our campus recruitment each year. We have presence on all the leading campuses and business schools.

Our experienced recruitment involves hiring individuals possessing prior experience in a research or analytical function, typically within a professional services or finance and banking setting. We feel that the key to building a successful research firm is diversity and hence we recruit talented individuals across a range of industries as well as from academia and the public sector. Our experienced hires all have advanced degrees such as MBAs, MAs and PhDs. However, we have created a special track to recruit and attract exceptional undergraduates with relevant experience.

Pipal Research is a firm with global delivery capabilities and the management team focuses on mentoring our team members to ensure overall personal and professional growth. We offer a unique program called the Pipal Exchange Program which aims to recognize superior performers and reinforce positive behavior to create a performance driven culture and add value to an individual's professional development. Under this program, which is extended to all permanent employees of Pipal Research who have exhibited superior performance in the last 18 months, top performers are eligible for a short-term transfers to other office and/or client sites.

Pipal Research is a learning organization and analysts at Pipal Research are compensated based on their ability to build a set of analytical, interpersonal, and presentation skills and make contributions to serving our clients. To facilitate this learning, all analysts are provided extensive training, and receive frequent feedback about their performance.
