Therefore, everyday is a 'FunDay' at Pipal - be it brainstorming at work, ideating in a meeting, letting loose during an outing or shaking a leg at a party. This also includes various spontaneous celebrations apart from our sacrosanct events such as: talent hunts, festival carnivals, quarterly all-employee get-togethers and of course our off-site excursions.

There is a dedicated team for conceptualizing and organizing these events - the Fun@Pipal team, who started with a bang in July 2008 with the Pipal Talent Hunt and has organized a series of fun-filled events over the past one year around a dedicated 'fun calendar'!
