Mani provides strategic leadership to CRISIL’s global knowledge services business including Pipal, Irevna and Global Analytical centre. In his nearly two decades of career at CRISIL, Mani has worked across ratings, independent research, consulting and offshoring businesses in managerial and analytical positions. He successfully set up and expanded CRISIL's offshoring business to be the largest and No.1 Ranked KPO firm in the world. He has also led large teams of analysts in the ratings business and set up many other businesses within CRISIL including CRISIL's Corporate Governance Ratings services and crisil.com

Mani has a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from University of Delhi and is a Chartered Accountant (equivalent to a CPA in the US).

Arun joined Pipal from CRISIL’s global knowledge services business Irevna, where he played various roles. Arun has independently led some of the largest client accounts across multiple domains including equity research, fixed income research, portfolio strategy, business research and actuarial analytics. He has also played a pivotal role in setting up new practices and control systems in the offshoring business thereby enabling smooth and rapid growth of key client engagements.

Arun has over 12 years of experience in Corporate Finance, Financial Research and Offshore Delivery Management and has worked with firms like Transparent Value and Oracle India.

Arun is a MBA in Finance and holds an Honors degree in Mathematics.
